Darwinfpv is horrible

I ordered a baby ape freestyle 2 and a shaft in the motor came of which I was still able to screw it on except the flight controller had no way of connecting to a configurator and the drone is stuck in angle mode. customer service did nothing after months of waiting what can I do.
