Wild Slowpoke Kings Rock

Has anyone officially used thief successfully on a wild slowpoke in FR or LG to get a kings rock?

Allegedly it's a 5% chance that slowpoke can be carrying it, but info online is conflicting. Can anyone confirm that they've personally gotten one?
