Weird battery draining IPad Pro

My iPad drops battery erratically while plugged in. I know this should be normal but this doesn’t feel right. It only happens when I plug it in a specific area and my iPhone doesn’t get affected. If I move the cord around a little, it jumps from 99 back to 100. This iPad is a 2025 model and it shouldn’t be failing on the battery. My battery health is normal but I’m starting to not believe that. What the hell is going on??
