Injection site question

How long did everyone wait to take off the bandaid? I was told I could take it off after an hour but I’ve left it on for 2 days because I’m terrified to see what it looks like and it’s really stuck to my hairs.. I feel I may be pushing in it too much to take it off. Some of the pictures on here freak me tf out lol also should I be sanitizing w isopropyl and consistently changing bandage? Google says to leave it open
