Major performance loss

I’ve played this game a lot. Usually getting 75+ fps with maybe drops to 60 fps. I started playing today and for some reason it’s dropping frames hard. Sitting around 50 fps at the most and typically dropping down to 25 fps. No idea what’s going on. Help? i7- 9700k RTX 3080 32 gb ddr4
