Frustrated by the latest update

I am pretty frustrated by this update, I respect people who can throw non stop hooks for their stamina but I feel like this update it is just way too over powered, I tend to prefer jabs and straights but they feel like they have no effect so this last match I just decided to throw non stop hooks basically just throwing haymakers with lots of lunging side to side movement and after that I started winning rounds but it feels so underwhelming doing that, I don't mind people throwing hooks as a strategy but it just feels so unbalanced now, and I have always enjoyed playing this game throughout all the previous updates even with their flaws , but this update I kinda feel done with the game. Anyone else feel this way?
