6.A.3 appeal – is it normal to wait 30+ days for a response?
Looking for advice from other players who may have experienced something similar.
About a month ago I received a permanent ban under section 6.A.3 while actively playing.
The ban happened instantly while I was actively playing during the fleet fight.
I have never used bots, macros, automation tools or input broadcasting.
I submitted a ban appeal (ticket I decided not to share my ticket number to avoid any potential rule violations or complicating my situation. ) but it has now been over 30 days without any response. I am trying to understand if this waiting time is normal.
The ban actually happened while I was in the middle of a fleet operation in 4-HWWF.
At that moment I was manually controlling several of my accounts with different roles:
Loki – my main ship and the one I was actively fighting with and FC'ing from.
Eris – used for bubbles in system. I would drop bubbles and then park it on a safe spot after placing a few.
Redeemer – used as a bridge ship to move the fleet from low-sec.
Nemesis – used as a cyno in 4-HWWF.
All of these accounts were Omega accounts.
All of these ships had completely different roles and required separate manual actions, which is why input broadcasting would not even make sense in this situation.
This was an active PvP fleet scenario, not repetitive PvE or farming activity.
For the last couple of years before this fleet project I was mostly doing solo or small gang PvP hunting Fraternity T3 ships (mostly Tengus) that were running 10/10 “The Maze” and 6/10 DED sites.
My usual setup for that was:
Sin + Nemesis + Malediction.
Sometimes I was also camping Fraternity bridges with setups like:
Catalyst Navy + Eris + prowler
or
Hecate + Eris + prowler
I do not run PvE content. My gameplay is focused entirely on PvP, and all of my ISK income comes from PvP fights and the loot obtained during them.
Main characters on my accounts:
UNR3al1st1c –
WhiteMavrin TourerV –
Rozhko Roman –
SloiNyn –

I should also mention that because of my work I sometimes connect to my home PC remotely using tools like RustDesk, Supremo or RuDesktop.
I mainly used this remote access to manage recruitment for the Loki fleet, talk to potential pilots in recruitment channels or Jita local, and to write battle reports on the forums after our fights.
I should also mention that I have been using a VPN (AmneziaVPN and hidemy.name).
The reason for this is that the EVE launcher stopped working correctly from my location without a VPN. It would fail to start and show connection errors.
I opened support tickets about this issue before, but we were not able to resolve it. Because of that, using a VPN became the only reliable way for me to access the game.
From what I understand, some internet services in Russia have partial restrictions which may have affected EVE Online connectivity, and unfortunately I lost direct access to the game without a VPN.
My question to the community is:
Is it normal for a 6.A.3 ban appeal to take over 30 days without any response?
Has anyone experienced something similar?
TL;DR:
Got a permanent 6.A.3 ban while actively playing during a PvP fleet fight.
Submitted an appeal but have been waiting over 30 days without any response.
Trying to understand if this is normal.
I understand that some people may assume that if a ban happened, there must have been a reason.
All I can say is that I have nothing to hide. At the time of the ban I provided all logs I could from my computer and I am fully open to any investigation.
I am willing to provide any additional information if needed. I am absolutely confident that I have always played fairly.
