Vascular dysfunction is ruining my life

That's what it feels like. Like every vein and artery in my body is doing something different all the time and there is no control over any of it. Complete and utter exertion intolerance. Sweating ice cold feet, puffy swelling hands, reynauds, flushing, light headed, chest sinking, pulmonary hypertension feeling, suffocating, chest pressure, neck pressure, heart spasms, chest jolts, arm weakness, limbs falling asleep a the slightest thing, hot artery sensation in left bicep through the armpit and into the chest. Even finger numbness where the pressure was when I pick up a utensil. Constant constriction feeling. Non stop nightmare. I don't know what to even ask for anymore doctors don't do anything. Nothing but waiting and feeling like death. I don't know how I can go from being super fit to not being able to lift my arm without heart palpitations. 2.5 years now and vascular issues just worse than ever.

Waiting on maybe another neuro referral and ent which now feels pointless.
