intense diarrhea at night

i woke up like an hour ago with intense diarrhea. the day prior i was feeling slightly off, didnt really eat much (not sure if anxiety-related), some throat n* and a stomachache. anyways i fell asleep and woke up around 3am and felt the strongest urge to have d* it was intense and so scary. i got lightheaded, had hot flashes, got extremely sweaty (also might be anxiety-related) and i felt n* for a minute but i sipped some water and i powered through. its been an hour and i feel like i might have d* again, stomach is kinda gurgling too which is making me really anxiois. also might be experiencing some throat n*. im so scared i might v* that i cant fall back asleep 😔
