Very sick and wondering if i should go to the ER

I (f23) am on a variety of medications for my bipolar 1. I just started wellbutrin very early febuary. I have had terrible migraines and have made a post here before about them a couple weeks ago.

My migraines are described as on only my left side, my left side of my face will numb sometimes and feel like it swells. It occasionally goes to the back of my head, but it will never be on my right side and ive had them for over a month now. They are debilitating and are causing me pain even when i sleep. Sometimes they are so bad my left eye spazzes out and i cannot see.

Im on the lowest does 150mg. I am also taking prazosin at night 1mg. I take 3 to 4 other things at night here too. I also involuntarily went off birth control for 4 months. But its important to know my doctor and i tried ruling out the prazosin as the cause of my migraines. I still have them if not worse. It got so bad that I went to the hospital in such pain i was screaming. I have no insurance and when i went they told me to see a neurologist. I dont have the money for a neurologist much less 30 bucks to see a doctor. I went to a doctor and they told me to see a neurologist. They gave me some acetaminophen with caffeine (essentially exedrin) it helped but im running out and cannot refill it.

So my mom purchased some excedrin migraine for me. Ive been taking it for a couple of days now.

But heres the big issue. I cannot keep food down for more than a couple of hours. Ive vomited 3 days in a row now and im still having my migraines. I cannot keep my medication down either. I will take them and vomit a couple of hours later. I am starving and manic all the time.

I need to know whether i should go back to the er or not. I see my doctor at the end of the month. I see them on the 26th.

Im not sure i can survive throwing up everyday sometimes more than once a day until the 26th but my mom doesnt want to go back to the er. The er said all of this was normal. Its normal to experience the severity of my migraines for as long as they have been going on. But now i cannot keep food down. Is this an emergency i should watch out for? Should i go to the ER?
