Was told I don’t have the anatomy for a conch?

My ear isn’t folded too close to my head or anything. I came in to a new piercer wanting a faux rook and a conch but left with neither. My piercer told me she can’t do a conch nor a faux rook on me because I have veins there. I got pierced before but vein placement was never an issue. Am I never gonna be able to get a conch at all? The placement she gave me instead was incredibly close to my inner ear canal so I rejected it. I never had this experience before when I got my other piercings done so I feel incredibly limited from getting anything more than a lobe and a flat since that’s all she recommended me based on my ear shape.
