Amazon not tracking points

On the same day I placed an order on samsung, hello fresh and amazon. I used the exact same method I used for all 3. No tracking blocks, cookings and everything allowed, no vpns, no items in carts prior ect. I check order history and Samsung, hello fresh shows in order history pending but no Amazon still even after items have been delivered. Also I double checked to ensure the items were part of the correct category like shoes and clothes 5x. Any idea whats up or should I just give it more time?
