HELP with TID/SID swap on fr/lg

I know how to RNG manip, I've just never done fr/lg or used ACE. I've been successful with hitting my seeds and frames checking for my SID with RNG MANIP on blissy's guide. I'd like to play up to Celadon and find my SID through ACE. step by step help would surely help me and many others. Maybe there's a guide out there?
