UW Monitor takes a second to receive input on startup

Environment:

• - Hyprland (obviously)
• - Arch
• - Nvidia 3080FE
• - 9950x3d
• - 64GB ram

I noticed that when I log in, my traditional 16:9 monitor instantly "wakes up" and receives input whereas my ultrawide monitor takes like 10-20 seconds to receive any input. Once it gets over this "cold start" it works fine. Its more of a minor annoyance for me. I have read that hardcoding in the monitors on hyprland.conf helps but I have already done that:

monitor = DP-3, 1920x1080@165, 4096x0, 1

monitor = DP-4, 5120x1440@240, 0x0, 1.25

Is there anyway for me to speed this up? I have tried adding nvidia_drm.fbdev=1to my GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT in /etc/default/grub but that didn't help much.
