What types of legal and acounting services would you recommend improvisers, shows, and theaters connect with?

I understand that most people have good experiences with most improv theaters most of the time. However, I have also heard some horror stories -- harassment, gaslighting, people stealing money from a business, I've seen people get hurt, and I had one extremely traumatizing experience myself.

In what ways can people protect themselves from innappropriate conduct from theaters, show producers, etc, especially when people are on teams that are forming LLCs, creating shows that make money (even if it's not much), or starting theaters together?
