Missing item from inventory

Hey y'all,

I got Raiders Style Under Armor after Moonshine Jamboree a couple of days ago, learned the plan, and then went to my camp to craft it. It was not available under craftable options. I emailed Bethesda, but they say it never happened and they "don't see that I acquired any plans for this item".

Anyone else noticed plans missing from inventory? I tried server hop, logged in multiple times, but it's not there.

Thanks for any advice!
