Issues with Father

Alright so this is going to be long but mainly 3 days ago my father came home from somewhere (mind you he isn’t working or anything like that). He comes home and I greet him at the door same with my parents or my brother every-time they come home. So he came home and stands in the door way after I greeted him and he ask “Hey I gotta ask you a few questions” And I’m like alright, and he goes and says “so you don’t take out the recycling?” but before I mentioned something he then mentions “Oh so you’re drinking a lot more than me now?” Then I said “I didn’t hear you mention to take out recycling and I apologize” but after that my brother comes out because he didn’t want to hear or assume it was going to be escalated.

Long story short I barely said much with the interaction and it escalated as my brother was saying things and he got heated and mentioned how when I drink or get drunk I’m chill and don’t really do anything but when my father drinks he’s the aggressor and yes my father did admit he had 5 beers but that was the only thing he admitted wrong. Then he claimed I was taking my brothers side even though I’m just listening to both of them. Yes my mom was there which I really felt bad because she just came home from work at 10:30pm doing an OT and she was trying to stop the situation as my brother was speaking but my father legit was acting like a child making fun of my brother for having ADHD and mind you he saw the papers from the doctor after my brother got diagnosed or what ever for it and said it was fake and laughed while my mom told him to stop doing that but he kept insisting.

Fast forward the day after I was at my girlfriend’s place and mind you I told her some of what happened but not a lot since for me it’s hard to express things I just bottle them up. My brother calls me while I was with her saying this and this is happening my father is starting something and being the aggressor and he face times me as my father had some metal pole in his hand as my brother had a hammer in his hand (at this point I don’t know who picked up what first) but from what my brother told me my father grabbed the pole first so my brother grabbed the hammer but never charged at him or approached him as my brother remained moving back and keeping distance. My father then calls the cops on my brother??? (Mind you this is taking place in New York City) and as I was headed home after being with my girlfriend and her parents for the day my brother got out in handcuffs without being told he was being arrested or even detained and they put him in the back of the cruiser and drove him to the precent. And my father says after I saw all that “you’re going to be next” and laughs as he saying it with a grin in his face. Mind you my mom told me not to speak and just ignore which I have been doing and trying. My father then said he’s going to be kicking all 3 of us out. (First he said you have one month, then 90 months, then back to one month) and I’m just like alright ‘in my head’

Mind you after that, now today as you read this or Mar 13 2026, he got off the phone with his lawyer at 9:38am and he was arguing with his lawyer because he got a restraining order against my brother, but my brothers lawyer knocked it down to a semi one (forgot what it said) to where he can be in his room and not interact due to the judge making that order. My father was spazzing out on his lawyer saying “who tf does the judge think they are to do that, does he pay my rent? They can go fuck themself” and etc. Mind you I sleep in the living room since I’ve been gone from home due to 2 deployments so my brother took my room which I didn’t mind. But yeah that’s pretty much the sum of all the important things, I can include more but man I feel so lost right now. Randomly my father will try and start something but I’m just choosing not to speak to him since he’s keep replaying everything and throwing insults as I’m just remaining silent recording everything he is saying. I just don’t know what to do anymore, Im just tired.
