Am I going to be able to PUG a normal raid on Tuesday?

I’ve geared up as much as I could via mythic 0.

My ilvl is 238 and I play affliction / destro warlock.

Am I going to get picked by normal raid PUG groups or should I just join a guild?

Should I go ahead and spend money to enchant all my gear as well to help? I see that enchants are expensive as F.
