I had a few ideas for this, but the long and short of it is that by some circumstance you are now your father's legal wife. Here was a few ideas

1.Due to a glitch in the court computers, somehow your information was switched with your mom for dad's spouse, which went all the way up the chain to changing both your marital statuses. During the whole headache you are forced to act as your dad's wife for legal matters. You start to like it a little too much, and he starts calling you "honey" and "wifey" as a joke, to the jealousy of your "ex" wife. Do you try to go back, or accept your new relationship?
2.You get into a car crash, causing you to be injured, your father to get amnesia, and your mother to die. With her dying breath, she asks that you take care of your dad for her. You meet with your dad and learn that he has lost practically all his memories, but seeing you reminds him of his time with your mom... in fact he thinks your his wife! You and your mom were called twins when she was alive, her looking young for her age. This made you take the final plunge, and say that you were your own mother and your mother was you, who's injuries made that easier to justify to the coroner. You take over her job, her identity, and her bedroom, as your dad thinks you two are trying to have you!

If you like this scenario, send me a dm. Here's my kinks:
