Recommendations 7.2.2

I have ran all my electrical and drywall gets put in Monday. I have a 12x22 foot room with 9 foot ceilings I have yet to pull the trigger on any av unit or speakers but I have pretty much decided on the valerion max or pro 2 can’t decide if the pro is noticeably worth the extra $2500

My budget for surround and avr is probably around $3000 if you guys have any good recommendations please state them below and why.
