Things You Wish You Had, or That Were a Big Help Post-Op?

Hey everyone! One of my best friends has just had their top-surgery, and should be back home soon!

I want to put together a lil care package for them, with some nice snacks, a card, some useful items for when I go to see them / make them dinner while they’re recovering.

So! What did you find to be a massive help in the short term, and what did you wish you had on reflection?

Also will love you forever if you’ve any fun snack ideas - all they’ve said is they love a Snickers hehe which, though a great starting point, I’d like to give them a proper stash of nice stuff to help. Before anyone says, I have asked my other best mate, their partner, for suggestions too - the more input the more helpful so didn’t think it could hurt to ask here too
