Supporting my brother in Gaza is really hard

Hello, I’m Mohammed from Gaza. I take care of my brother, Ibrahim, he got Down syndrome. Life here is very difficult, sometimes hard to provide even basics like food n medicine. I just wanted share our story here, mostly to connect with ppl who understand n maybe give advice on getting help safely.
