Locked out

I recently got a 3.2 turbo v6 2010 audi Q5. the battery wasn't great and i had to jump it to get it going but after i'd parked and left it for a few days the battery fully died. I've tried the manual key and it turns but doesn't unlock the door. I've also tried pulling both driver and passenger door handles from the inside but the doors don't open. I can't access the jump points under the hood or the battery in the boot. Has anyone had any experience with something like this? How can I get into my car?
