Does CD Baby Stages still exist (in reality)?

Is there anyone who participates in CD Baby Stages / Plus?

I tried using the free submission code they provided (which I admit I forgot about). It was rejected as invalid. So I emailed them to ask for a new code.

Do you still actually get human support in any reasonable timeline from the Plus support account, or is it as f'd up as normal CD Baby support?

(just wondering whether to wait on a submission code, or move the artist to another distributor.)
