Seasonal White Badge

I’ve been working at an Amazon FC for 11 months as a seasonal flexpt associate. My standard hours are 19 and I usually work about 20-25 since I also go to school, making it hard to work the full 40 hours. My question is, are seasonal FlexPT associates not eligible for blue badge conversion? My performance over the past 11 months that I’ve been working has always been either “Great” or “Exceptional”. Just recently in February and this month, my facility has been converting seasonal full time associates who have been here for about 6 to 8 months. I’m trying to stay positive but it’s really hard to when I feel like my hard work isn’t being recognized just for working less hours. The blue badge conversion eligibility in MyPerformance says that I am eligible, does seniority not matter? What metrics does Amazon consider when converting?
