What do you hate most about current job boards?

I'm building a new job board focused on entry-level jobs and want to make it actually useful for both job seekers and employers.

What features do you wish job boards had that most sites are missing?

For example:

• better filters

• salary transparency

• easier applications

What would make you actually prefer a smaller job board over big sites like Indeed or LinkedIn?
