May naka-experience na ba ng ganito?

Need advice.

I ordered something from Shopee worth ₱128. The courier was SPX, but another person received the package because they thought it was theirs. Now they came to our house asking us to pay ₱250.

The problem is that in my Shopee order, the total is only ₱128. The tracking number and the package match my order, but they said they already paid ₱250 to the rider. Good thing, hindi kami nagbayad
