Should I confess him?

I have one of my male friend who has a girlfriend but makes much time for me mostly hangouts with me and spends more time with me than his GF and I noticed this recently and we meet almost every second day and I kind off have feelings for him but I don’t know whether should I confess him knowingly that he is committed but what we both share is more than friendship he flirts with me , his hand stays on my waist possessively while we take photos , he always listen to me and does what I say even if our views contradict .
