Can I salvage the eyes on dolls with mold? Is it safe to keep them in my house?

I picked up 2 TLC dolls and they seem to have some mold on their limbs and mouth.

I was wondering if I could at least salvage their eye balls.

They were quite cheap so I don’t mind throwing the rest of them out but I’m worried they are a hazard to my house or other dolls or something. I will keep them away from my dolls for sure but is it dangerous for them to even be in my house? Or even touching them?
