How exactly does one find people for his new community

So I made a Reddit account today posted Then I had idea for a community (I think what theses channels are called) it about the food in the world weird or interesting that would possibly kill a Victorian (NOT ADVERTISING) where do I find people that are interested??? Do I just sit and wait hope people have the same interest and miraculously search it up and find mines or… idk I need help
