Reversible calfskin Neverfull - thoughts?

Hi all! I am looking to get a Neverfull - I’ve wanted one for years. I was looking at the original monogram, but then I fell in love with the color of the reversible cognac calfskin … I love the color and the fact I can switch from monogram to a more ‘quiet luxury’ vibe. However, I’m worried the leather would get damaged quickly. I would be using my Neverfull as an everything tote - I am an attorney and a toddler mom, so it’ll have everything from playground snacks to case files … looking for opinions. Thank you!
