Do y’all also feel like the internet is slowly becoming more and more toxic?

I just got off of instagram and a lady was telling me that country singers sound the same and shouldn’t make songs and she was apparently valid bc she’s been performing small stuff since she was six. My whole insta feed is filled with women shit talking men and saying it’s fine to do so because feminism and ‘men have been doing it for years to women, it’s fine to let men do it but not women?’ (at least that’s a reason I’ve seen stated). Maybe it’s just because people on Instagram suck and need lives because my tiktok isn’t like this (minus getting told off for using Melanie Martinez songs, Sabrina Carpenter, once it was Ruth Wallis on my videos) and neither is my pinterest but my insta never stops showing me political things and I dunno how to stop it cause tell me why it keeps giving my motherhood videos after I keep pressing the not interested buttons 💔
