Ryzen 7 9800x3d Cinebench

Hey, I have just upgraded my pc, I have ran cinebench and scored only 856 points... I'm not sure where It went wrong as my older CPU i9-9900k scored 700-ish

New specs Ryzen 7 9800x3d 2x16gb 6400mhz 36cl ddr5 Gigabyte X870E AORUS pro

Didnt change GPU rtx 2080ti

Im I missing something?

NOTE: I ran arc raiders cinematic got 70fps avg which is good I think, given that I had avg 50fps on my old cpu with low graphic.
