How do you suggest changes

How do you suggest changes to Thermomix for their software?

We have a TM7 and I use the ricecooker function, but what makes it partly unusable is that you cant pause it to open the lid and check it, you can only stop it and start it again, so if I need to check it or add something, then I need to remember what time was left before I restart it and I need to set a timer on my phone for the remaining time so it doesnt over cook it.

It needs a pause option as well as a stop option., also they could change the setup so when you open ricecooker, you put rice in and it shows you the weight, then when you click next it tares the scales and tells you exactly how much water to put it.
