why does this keep happening😭

I started a print which uses about 180 grams and takes about 22 maybe 23 hours.At first it was good,after about 2 hours,I came to check up on in,screen was completely glitches.Ooookey?Turned it off from the outlet and back on,then it came back to normal and I resumed the print from there.Now,about 4 and a half hours later,the printer did not get its fillament.I have absolutely no idea why.The fillament was just a little bit jammed,but I unharmed it with my pinky and no force,so the printer could definitely do that too,but it chose not to.Help,how can I be sure this doesn't happen again
