Fans running loudly

I recently cleaned my PC because I noticed it was getting dusty. Nothing crazy, I opened up my case and blew compressed air in the fans etc. to get the dust out, vacuumed it all up and put it together. I didn't unplug anything unless I needed to and everything was mostly left alone. Since plugging it back in my fans have been running non-stop. Like I'm playing a big game and my PC is trying to keep up kind of running. There's no weird noises or clinking. My motherboard is not giving any indications of problems and everything else is running fine. My fans are just... going. Since plugging my PC back in its been about 15min.
