hakuneko - weeb central

Hi! Can anybody help me, how do I fix this? I just downloaded/discovered HakuNeko and when i tried veiwing and downloading, this appears. I am using Weeb Central as my connector/website source. If it's possible, can anyone suggest an alternative source? (I thought this was free 🥹😭, I am downloading to transfer it to my kindle🥹) Any help would be appreciated, thank you for your time. 🫶
