Experience with getting sued by any of these companies?

Navy Federal Credit Union, Mission Fed Credit Union, Capital One, Citi, Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, Upstart (especially after debt settlement), Avant, So-Fi, and/or Upgrade? I started missing cc/personal loan payments last month. I’m wondering how quickly any of these companies will try to take you to court. Going to try to file a Chapter 13 within the next month or two. Appreciate all of the help!
