Nikon d780 or z6iii?

So I’m thinking about buying a new camera but I can’t decide between the D780 and the Z6iii. If I get the Z6iii I can probably buy one Z lens with it. If I get the D780 I can maybe get 2 or 3 lens. I currently have a D3100 that was given to me by a friend. I’m open to hear if the Z6iii is worth the leap or if I should get the D780. I want to be able to take photos in low light environments and of people dancing. Video would be nice too but not a need end
