Anyone ever have a four week MA?

Hey so I took my first pill today as I’ve updated .. and Tomorow I take the miso i’m anxious as I’ve been reading a bunch of things online. This will be my second MA first one being 8 years ago. I had caught that pregnancy early as well and was able to do the MA with nothing found on ultrasound and it was successful. Same thing happened this time, found it early and tested faint line and still testing faint line. My last period was on the 9th of February. She couldn’t tell me an estimate on time because they had nothing to measure again. They did blood work ultrasound of ovaries and vaginal. Sent me home with the rest of meds to do MA Tomorow. Now I’m afraid of ectopic pregnancy and idk what else.. I have health anxiety as it is :( has this happened to anyone before ? I know this was my experience first time around.. and all went well. But that was years ago and still so scary. I just want to get this over with
