questions about PvP

Guys, I have a few questions about PvP.

After reaching the maximum level, which is 600, does the difficulty keep increasing if you continue pushing? I had a much harder time going from 400 to 600 than from 600 to 900, where I didn’t fail even once. But from 400 to 600 it was pretty challenging.

I see people with 2k, 3k points and it makes me wonder: does it keep getting harder, or is the difficulty already capped and after that it’s just for farming?
