I had protected sex and now my periods are delayed

Hi everyone, I am F(19) almost 20 had protected sex with my boyfriend on 5th March and before that on 27th February. My periods were regular the entire year and this is the first time I am experiencing a delay for 5days. My expectated date was on 10th March. I am very much worried and do now know what to do. I am experiencing cramps since 3-4 days and sore breasts but no periods. I had a drink that I saw on YouTube that help you get your periods. Had it twice. Didn't work. Please tell me what should I do?
