9-Me-BC route of administration

What is the best route of administration for 9mebc? I have tried sublingual and oral away from food as that’s what I had seen in videos about but when I asked Claude it said it is lypophilic so it would be best taken with fat, and also that is why it doesn’t dissolve under the toungue well rather than if it were hydrophilic.
