First Espresso Machine: Breville Bambino vs Bambino Plus [$300-$500]

Hey everyone!

First time espresso poster here. I’m looking to buy my first espresso machine. I never enjoyed coffee until the last 6 months or so (I’m in my mid 30’s) but now I’m hooked. Specifically iced lattes with some good foam. I’m a sucker for a black sesame latte.

I’ve been looking into getting either a Breville Bambino or Bambino Plus. This being my first machine, and my first real entry into the espresso world, would I get by with just the Bambino? Of course I’d love to save some money in case this all goes south in the end but also would rather not have to upgrade sooner than later.

Any suggestions? Also, if any other machine recs please feel free to send ‘em over.
