Dad problem

I don't know if anyone feels the same. I come from an ordinary family. Loving and all. But I can't shake off this realization that my dad is passive-aggressively toxic. Like, he don't do or say mean stuff, but the subconsious negativity he's spreading all day is just depressing. I got my anxiety from it and luckily I got treatment a few years back. I don't like how he watches world news and complains with a tired tone like the world is ending. Btw he's using all his time to worry and complain about stuff that's not related to him. Everytime I wanted to do something, his first comment would be mentioning failure or ending up badly. I love my dad but I don't love this.
