Need advice please

Hi, so I have no clue on how to even start this. Yk, I'm keeping this in. Terrible opening, I know. But, deal with it because I don't know what else to write. Anyway, I need advice on my situation. And that situation is, I've been questioning if I'm dealing with gender dysphoria or if I'm just losing my mind by making myself think something that's not true. And as you can tell, I have grown desperate enough to go onto reddit and make an account just so I could post this and get feedback. Okay anyway, here's some sprinkles of lore for you before I dive into the more messy parts. I am a sixteeth year old non-binary that has been dealing with this feeling ever since my, yk the thing biological women have im trying not to get censored here, have started to appear. And no matter how long I ignore it, distract myself, or try to convince myself I'm just making it up. It refuses to go away. Like a Karen that's following you around the store, making uncomfortable comments while occasionally yelling at you.

Okay, now onto the more messy parts. Also, forgive me if my explanation sucks. I am not good with talking about my feelings, much less describing them so please bear with me here. So, this feeling I mentioned, it comes up quite often. Almost every day. Right from the moment I get out of bed. It's this uncomfortable distress. Its like something wrong is on me. Incredibly wrong. Like someone attached two metal ticks onto my chest kinda wrong. And anytime I move my arms, rest my arms at my sides, walk, run, exercise, look down. That feeling grows worse by 10 and some days its just so bad i either just lay in bed all day with a blanket covering my chest or I think about cutting them off myself. And oh boy, dont get me started on when im taking a shower or bath because holy crap does that feeling goes to new levels whenever i do. Its actually so bad that i might have had multiple break downs in the shower and have sprinted out of the bathroom multiple times now just to go into my room to look for my binder. Wonderful, huh? So peachy! And I've been unable look in the mirror without that feeling spiking all the way up and crying because looking in the mirror is horrible to me. Because I'm looking at myself but it doesn't feel right. Seeing these things on me. It like like someone dutchtaped something awful onto me and I can't tear it off no matter how much I want to. And idk it's just a horrible feeling overrall.
Im gonna end it here because idk what else to write or how else to describe it. And also because I don't want to be crying mess rn. So, yeah. Thank you for reading this and please feel free to give me any advice or feedback on what i said. Thats all, have a wonderful day.
