Hyundai Tucson Ghosts

Hello Community,

I have a brand new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and I'm loving the car much more than I thought I would, the fuel efficiency is amazing and I didn't except the electric motors would be running at high speeds so that was a pleasant surprise.

That said, I have had a couple of weird things happen with the car that I don't understand and I'm wondering if it's a setting somewhere.

One day last week I walked outside and all of the windows were completely down, no idea why, the car then sent an alert to the bluelink app that the windows were down.

A few times when getting into the car the fan has just been running at full blast for no reason at all?

Anyone else had these issues? Is it some kind of profile setting I might have unknowingly turned on?
