I built DevKit — a collection of 100 free developer tools that run entirely in your browser.
Hey r/microsaas!
The problem I was solving: developers constantly paste JWTs, API keys, wallet addresses, and sensitive configs into random online tools. That's a privacy nightmare.
DevKit processes everything 100% client-side. Nothing ever touches a server.
8 categories:
- Format & Validate: JSON, SQL, YAML, HTML, CSS, OpenAPI
- Encode/Decode: Base64, URL, JWT, Unicode Inspector
- Convert: cURL→fetch, JSON→TypeScript, CSS Units, Timestamps, chmod
- Generate: UUID, Hash, Password, .gitignore, Robots.txt, Color Shades
- Test: Regex, Diff, JSONPath, Security Headers Analyzer, CIDR Calculator
- Docs: Git (70+ cmds + 10 rescue scenarios), Docker, Bash, TypeScript, React Hooks, Tailwind
- AI/ML: Token counter, Confusion matrix, Embedding visualizer
- Web3: Keccak-256, ABI encoder, Merkle tree, Wallet validator
5 developer themes. Live search across all 100 tools. Zero popups.
Tech: Next.js 16, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, hosted on Vercel.
Revenue plan: Phase 1 = free + SEO traffic. Phase 2 = AdSense + affiliates. Phase 3 = Pro tier.
Would love feedback from this community — what would you do differently?
