Will I be considered a transfer student if I take UIUC NetMath classes after I graduate high school?

Prospective student here. I'm taking a gap year but want to get more math credits. UIUC has a non-degree program for highschoolers (but recent graduates can take classes too) called NetMath that would allow me to get Calc 3, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Real Analysis, etc.

If I have college credits from NetMath will I be considered a transfer student? If so, will this make my tuition higher or my application weaker? Thanks!
