Should I get the Breast Augmentation Surgery?

I am 45 years old and have kids. My current side is 36D and I am happy with what I naturally have.

Due to the hormonal changes and pregnancies my boobs can use some lifting. They are just a bit saggy. I am also planning to have a baby. So, is it ok to get the reconstruction surgery and what would be my options?
